Tallahassee ranks number one on a list of best markets in Florida real estate according to local analysts. It's high ranking is based on statewide and national data. While sales are still way down from the peak of the housing bubble, data are indicating a pick-up starting at the end of last year, signaling stabilization in the market. Given this positive sign, experts recommend that now may be the best time to buy.
